Children Under 13

Further, collecting professional credentials such as your broker license number helps verify your identity and qualifications.
Real estate property description and photographsWe may collect pictures that you choose to provide to us or share in other public domains for the purposes of providing our services.
Information related to your financial status and history, including past investment history, income and funding sources.To assist in the sourcing and underwriting processes by providing a comprehensive understanding of your financial capabilities. This enables us to tailor our services to your investment needs, offering personalized recommendations and efficient transaction handling, ultimately enhancing your ability to make informed investment decisions.
Market analysis data, and data compiled based on user input and interaction with market analytics features.We may collect data concerning real estate markets, investment property selection criteria, and specific properties, and trends you are tracking, which may include geographic locations and demographic information, to aid in market analysis and provide insights that help users make informed decisions, enhance investment strategies, and better understand market dynamics.
Audio and Visual Information, like search history, saved searches, and properties you have viewed. This encompasses interactions with advertisers or partners, including the contents of messages sent to them. Additionally, We collect data from your online engagements with our platform, including partial or full video clips that capture cursor movements, scrolling activities, and other items you download or view during your use of our services. We may also record your interactions with customer service, as well as any meetings or calls you host using our products.Our platform collects audio and visual data on how you interact with our Application to enhance user interaction and service quality. This information aids in the continuous improvement of our Application, ensuring we provide you with a responsive and tailored user experience.
Technical Data, internet or other electronic network activity information, such as IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting, geographic location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and other technologies used on the devices accessing our platform.We may collect information automatically sent by your devices when accessing our Application. We may automatically collect standard data from your web browser when you visit our website to enhance user experience, ensure compatibility across devices and improve the security and functionality of our Application. Furthermore, we may automatically collect data about errors you encounter while using the site, as well as the circumstances under which they occurred.     If you prefer not to receive direct marketing communications from Us, you may opt out by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link available in any relevant email. This will cease communications on that specific topic. You may also be able to adjust your notification preferences directly in your account settings. Please note that We might still need to contact you regarding Terms of Use, Global Privacy Notice, or other legal matters, or to facilitate services you have requested from us. Some communications from us are considered transactional or service communications, and our Services are provided to you upon the condition that you receive these communications from us. You must cancel your account and/or order for our Services, as applicable, if you do not wish to receive any transactional or service communications.

Parts of the Application may display personally identifiable information of real estate property owners or real estate agents as part of the normal use of the Application, including, but not limited to, names, emails, numbers, and mailing addresses ("Property Owner & Broker Information"). If you'd like Us to redact, or otherwise not disclose, the Property Owner & Broker Information pertaining to you to other users of the Application, you may submit your request in writing by emailing Us at info@intellcre.com, and providing the Property Owner & Broker Information you'd like Us to redact, or otherwise not disclose. We will review and process all such request(s) within a reasonable time and may or may not notify you via email when such request(s) have been processed. You may request a confirmation that your redaction or non-disclosure request has been processed by Us, by contacting Us at info@intellcre.com no earlier than 30 days after your initial request was submitted.

These Additional U.S. State Privacy Disclosures supplement the above information by providing additional information about our personal data processing practices relating to individual residents of the States of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia.

How to Submit a Request

If you are a California resident, your requests must be labelled "California Access/Removal Request" on the email subject line or post. All requests must state that you personally posted such content and provide a description of the content or information you want removed and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate such content or information. We are not responsible for notices that are not labelled or sent properly, and we may not be able to respond if you do not provide adequate information. Please allow 30 days for a response. To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we may take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or complying with your request. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may charge a reasonable fee to comply with your request. Additionally, in some circumstances, such as if you request that we delete your data, we may not be able to complete a request for a good or service because we will not have the required information to deliver it.

By using the Application, you are consenting to Our processing of your Personal Data as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by Us in the future.
