Major Product Updates Announcement

Hey everyone, Anton here.

On behalf of our whole team, we’re very excited to see that the product and the direction in which we’ve been building it—with your help, with the help of our users, and with our users’ feedback—is really turning the product into a very effective deal marketing platform.

We’re all very excited and I just wanted to make a brief announcement here and talk about what’s next for the product and for our team.

We’re going to be launching some major updates that you should know about ahead of time.

And we’re also going to be discontinuing some products.

So I just want to make sure that we cover this in the next few minutes.

From Raw Property Data to Marketing Assets

So here are the biggest updates.

We’re building a system that enables you to go from your raw property data that you might upload into some deal room to institutional-quality marketing assets such as:

• Brochure
• BOV
• OM
• Listing platform
• Anything else you need

Basically being able to go from the deal room to the brochure automatically within seconds.

And then having an interface where you can make final edits and customize the brochure before you actually generate it.

Brochure Builder Version Two

For this purpose, we are mainly focusing on a major release in the upcoming weeks:

Brochure Builder Version Two

This is a brand new interface that is completely redesigned.

The starting point is the live preview with the brochure outline.

And now all the pages of your brochure are going to be page builder native.

Meaning:

• Market overview pages
• Financial pages
• Other brochure pages

Will all be editable in the new version of the page builder.

Brochure Settings Improvements

Let me quickly mention that there are general settings for the brochure branding that are now going to be on a per-brochure basis.

Currently, they’re on a per-account basis.

So this is going to be much more flexible.

And now clicking on any page will open the page in the new version of the page builder.

New Page Builder Modules

Instead of having just the three basic modules:

• Text
• Table
• Image

We’re now going to have many more modules.

New Map Module

We’re going to have a powerful map module that enables you to create:

• 2D maps
• 3D maps
• Points of interest maps
• Retailer maps with logos
• Comp maps
• Location maps
• Regional maps

And much more.

Additional Modules

We’re also adding:

• Chart module
• Lists module
• Authors module
• AI-generated modules

We’ll be able to tap into the best AI models for generating graphics directly inside the IntellCRE system.

You’ll be able to create modules—or even entire pages—directly inside the platform.

Photo Management Updates

There’s also going to be a built-in photo editor as part of this major update.

And brand new photo management that will allow you to:

• Use photos across deals
• Access stock photography
• AI enhance photos
• Highlight images
• Make various edits after uploading photos into the system

More Layout Flexibility

General settings for pages as well as brochures—such as highlights, footers, titles, and more—will turn into modules.

This creates much more flexibility.

You’ll be able to:

• Overlap modules
• Stack modules
• Create more customized layouts

And there will be more customization options for all existing modules.

Product Discontinuations

Because we understand how important it is to have a system that enables you to generate property marketing materials in minutes versus days or weeks—

We are devoting most of our focus to this.

Because of this:

Dealfinder is going to be disconnected.

And part of DealBox functionality is going to be temporarily disconnected as well.

These will eventually return as more AI-enabled solutions for prospecting and deal sourcing in Q3 and Q4.

Deal Vault Update

Another major update coming is for:

Deal Vault

Right now there’s a basic data room inside the system.

We’re turning this into a brand new product with a completely redesigned interface and functionality.

Deal Vault Features

You’ll be able to use Deal Vault as your deal data room.

You can start every deal by uploading your data there.

Then the system can pull information from those documents into your marketing assets.

There will also be a public-facing version of Deal Vault where you can:

• Control document access
• Create NDA workflows
• Attach document groups to listing websites
• Build online data rooms

Advanced Deal Vault Functionality

Additional features include:

• Waiting room functionality
• Multiple NDA access levels
• CRM functionality
• Detailed document analytics
• Website analytics
• Prospect tracking
• Marketing workflows

This will help brokers identify prospects and move them into future workflows.

Final Summary

So in summary, the two major updates are:

Brochure Builder Version Two

A brand new interface for brochure creation.

New Page Builder

With significantly more modules, AI modules, and full customization.

All pages in your brochures will be page builder native so you’ll be able to customize any page in your document.

Long-Term Vision

The goal is simple:

Go from raw data uploaded at the beginning of a deal—

To a market-ready output with:

• Branding
• Narrative
• Design elements
• Design language

As quickly and automatically as possible.

This is where everything is headed.
