New IntellCRE Feature: Customizable Retailer Maps & Location Maps

Hey everyone, Anton here.
I’m extremely excited to announce we’ve launched another powerful feature available to you in the IntellCRE system to make your property marketing even better.
Yes, you’ve guessed it. I’m talking about retailer maps with logos and full customization.
Let me show you how you can access this feature, and I’ll walk you through how to use this newly launched feature in your property marketing.
AI-Generated Property Maps
You know that in the Property Info section for every deal, we already have an AI-generated map showing the points of interest nearby your property.
This feature has been available, showing points of interest divided into categories that you can fully customize, including the prompts used to generate them.
Now, this new Retailer Map is available inside the Page Builder.
Creating a Retailer Map Page
Let me go to Brochures for this property and open this Offering Memorandum brochure version.
To add a new page, click New Page, then select Page Builder.
Let’s call this page Retailer Map.
When you open the Page Builder, you’ll now see a new Map Module.
Simply drag the Map Module onto the page and make sure it covers the entire page if you want a full-page map.
I’ll title this page Retailer Map.
Choosing Map Types
The new Map Module can be used to:
- Show only the subject property’s location.
- Display nearby retailers.
- Display nearby points of interest.
There are several viewing options available.
You can display:
- A 2D map
- A 3D map
When using the 3D map, you can control:
- Zoom
- Rotation
- Tilt
- Map layers
You can easily switch between different map styles depending on your presentation.
Adding Nearby Retailers
Across the top of the map you’ll find categories of nearby points of interest.
For example, selecting the Retail category displays retailer pins on the map.
Hovering over each pin shows the retailer’s name.
To add a retailer to your map, simply click the pin.
The retailer logo is automatically added.
You can also drag and reposition the label anywhere you need.
Customizing Retailer Pins
Each retailer pin is fully customizable.
You can choose:
- Logo only
- Logo and text
- Text only
You can also customize:
- Pin size
- Padding
- Corner radius
- Text color
- Pin color
- Border color
- Text alignment
- Marker style (dot, circle, star, or no marker)
- Line colors
Everything about the pin can be customized.
Adding Other Categories
You can also select other categories, such as:
- Food & Beverage
- Entertainment
Simply click the category, then click the nearby locations you want displayed.
Creating your retailer map is extremely easy.
Global Pin Settings
At the bottom of the module you’ll find Global Options.
These settings allow you to change the appearance of all pins at once instead of editing each individually.
Customizing the Subject Property Pin
You can also customize the pin representing your subject property.
For example, you can switch between:
- Text only
- Logo plus text
You can upload your own property logo, and the logo will appear inside the property’s pin.
Just like retailer pins, you can:
- Resize it
- Reposition it
- Customize its appearance
Uploading Custom Logos
For nearby retailers, IntellCRE automatically retrieves available logos.
You can choose from the logos provided by the system.
If you’d rather use your own branding, you can always upload a custom logo instead.
Adding the Map to Your Brochure
Once the map is ready, simply click Done.
The Retailer Map page is added to your brochure.
You can move it anywhere within your document.
For example, I’ll place it after the Employment section.
When viewing the Live Preview, you’ll see the completed Retailer Map displayed in your Offering Memorandum.
Conclusion
I’m super excited that we’ve launched not only the AI-generated Points of Interest map, but now a fully customizable Retailer Map.
You can choose between 2D and 3D views, customize every element of the map, add retailer logos, and create much more professional marketing materials for your property brochures.
It’s incredibly easy to build.
We’re also planning additional enhancements, including the ability to group multiple retailer logos together.
This will be especially useful for properties like strip centers where several tenants belong together visually.
