Introducing the new version of IntellCRE as the fastest, simplest deal-launching engine for commercial real estate teams — an engine that lets you upload raw property data or an entire deal data room and, in seconds, turn that into a top-quality marketing asset such as a BOV, proposal, offering memorandum, flyer, or property/listing website. Each one carries your branding, your structure, your colors, your brand identity, and your design style.
So let’s see how this works. We just create a deal in the system by typing in the address. Then we upload the entire deal data room into the system. The system reads what’s in the data room and extracts the right data from the right places — comps, property data, executive-summary data, demographics, rent comps, sales comps, rent roll, anything like that. Once that’s done, we hit continue with the data mapping and create the deal in the system.
Once the deal is created, we can choose which marketing asset we want to generate for it. Say it’s a brochure. We start a new brochure that takes our branding and our structure, and we can seamlessly include any financial data. Within seconds of uploading the data room, we see the brochure in the Brochure Builder interface, where we can make any customization we need — manipulating the photos, the sections, and the data; editing and AI-enhancing the photos; choosing different photos; and adding automated tables.
From the same data, we can generate a deal website or a listing website with a single click. All the documents are automatically attached to a data room that we can attach to our listings. We can funnel our listings and publish them directly onto our website.
