Cover-page font control
You can now set the font size for every text block on your brochure cover — headline, highlights, and the rest — to get the exact hierarchy you want. Your fonts still flow from your account’s design system, so everything stays on-brand while you fine-tune the emphasis.
Custom data points and columns on your comps
Add your own column directly inside a sales- or rent-comp table, give it a custom value, and set both the subject and the average for it — no workarounds. Don’t need a default column like average square footage? Toggle it off. Whatever you configure flows straight into the brochure’s comp summary, so your marketing reflects exactly the data points that make your deal.
Reworked custom pages and templates
Custom pages now run through proper page templates — and the big win is data isolation. Save a page as a template, and when you load it into a new deal it comes in as its own independent copy. Editing that page never changes the same page in any other property or brochure version, so there’s no risk of data bleeding across deals. Small bonus: clicking a page or section in your outline now auto-scrolls you right to it.

Photo Editor & Photo Management
A brand-new way to work with images after you upload them — crop, highlight the property, add callouts, and AI-enhance your shots, all inside IntellCRE. You’ll have a library of your own photos to reuse across marketing assets, with a stock-photo library on the way.
