Being a client of Intel CRE and utilizing the software for at least the past year has been nothing but revolutionary for our brokerage business in the way that we are able to be efficient in the underwriting process.

I really like the ability for us to have multiple scenarios, and not only that, we can share these underwritings via a link or a flipbook. We can also export this into a full offering memorandum and marketing proposal in a very short period of time.

I love the fact that we have the ability to search our entire property database that we have underwritten and access various market intelligence tools utilizing artificial intelligence within the underwriting software. It has truly made our lives a lot easier. I'm excited to see where the roadmap goes for Intel CRE, but I can't speak highly enough about using this with our clients. It has significantly improved our brokerage and investing business.
