2D and 3D Map Views
Choose between a clean 2D map or an immersive 3D perspective. In 3D mode, you have full control over zoom, rotation, and tilt — giving you the flexibility to frame the map exactly how you want it, whether you’re emphasizing street-level context or a broader aerial view. You can also toggle between different map layers to find the visual style that best suits your presentation.Browse and Pin Nearby Retailers by Category
Nearby points of interest are organized into intuitive categories — Retail, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, and more. Browsing is simple: click a category, hover over pins to identify specific businesses, and click any pin to add it to your map instantly. The system automatically surfaces the retailer’s logo as soon as you add a pin, so your map looks polished from the first click.Fully Customizable Pins
Every pin on the map is individually customizable. Once placed, you can:- Choose pin style — logo only, logo + text, or text only
- Resize — from extra small to large, depending on the visual weight you need
- Adjust padding and corner radius — control how rounded or sharp the pin shape appears
- Set text color, pin color, and border color — match your brand or the property’s aesthetic
- Control text alignment — left, right, or centered within the pin
- Select the pin anchor style — dot, circle, star, or no dot
- Drag and reposition — move any pin anywhere on the map with a simple click-and-drag
Auto-Pulled Logos with Custom Upload Option
IntelliCRE automatically pulls logos for recognized retailers and points of interest. When you click a pin, you’re presented with a selection of available logos to choose from. If you have a preferred version or a brand not yet in the system, you can upload your own logo directly. The same applies to your subject property pin — upload your property’s logo for a fully branded centerpiece on the map.Global Pin Styling
Need to apply consistent styling across all pins at once? The Global Options panel lets you set pin styles map-wide in a single action — a huge time-saver when building maps with many locations.How to Access It
The Retailer Maps feature lives inside the Page Builder:- Open any property’s brochures and select your offering memorandum (or any brochure).
- Add a new page from the outline and name it (e.g., “Retailers Map”).
- Open Page Builder — you’ll see the new Map Module available.
- Drag the Map Module onto the page and size it to your needs.
- Start adding categories, clicking pins, customizing styles, and building your map.
- Click Done and the page is ready to include in your document.
