Deals slip when documents arrive late or never. A checklist turns due diligence into a list you can send to a seller, track by category and review in a weekly call.

Tips
- Send the Checklist tab to the seller on day one.
- Mark an item Yes only after you have read the document.
- Add deal-specific rows; do not delete standard ones.
- Have counsel review this list and every legal document before you rely on them.
