Rent Comp Sorting Feature in IntellCRE Brochures

Introduction

Hey everyone, Anton here. Very excited to introduce yet another feature, this time for rent comps.

Overview of Rent Comp Sort

The new feature is rent comp sort, an automated way of sorting your rents per unit type and having that data automatically displayed in your brochures.

Where to Find Rent Comp Sort

To see where this feature appears in the brochure, navigate to the Brochure Configurator and look under Rent Comps in the brochure contents.

You’ll see that Rent Comp Sort has been added.

In the live preview, you’ll notice two sorts:

• Sorted by rent

• Sorted by rent per square foot

Using Rent Comp Sort in Your Brochure

Once you have rent comps with various unit types or floor plans, including their corresponding square footage and rents, you can use this feature to generate a page in your brochure that automatically sorts your rents.

After generating the brochure, you’ll see the rent comp sort page in the Rent Comp section, right after the Rent Comp Summary and Detailed Rent Comps.

Viewing Sorted Rent Data

On the rent sort page, you can see:

• Your subject property

• Your subject property’s proforma rents

These are displayed in a table alongside other rent comps or lease comps included in the brochure.

The data is also categorized by unit type, such as:

• One-bedroom

• Two-bedroom

• Three-bedroom

This is based on floor plans.

Rent per Square Foot Sorting

You can also view the same sorting based on rent per square foot.

This allows you to clearly see where your subject property and your subject property’s proforma rents land compared to other rent comps.
