Introduction
Hey everyone, this is Anton with IntellCRE, and in this simple guide we’re going to go over the settings of the platform.
We’re going to go over how to set up your custom brand identity so you can generate branded marketing materials, websites, and brochures using the platform. We’re also going to go over how you can set up your analysis configuration, introduce various overrides, invite users into your account, and set up your profile.
Profile Setup
Let me begin with the profile setup.
You will find your profile at the bottom left side in the application. Clicking on your profile opens the settings for your profile.
Here you can upload your headshot, update your email, password, name, and contact information, including your email, broker’s license, phone, and more.
Organization Settings
Now let’s look at the organization settings.
We’re going to find the gear icon, and that gear icon takes us to the settings for the entire account.
The first tab, Organization, is where we can upload a preferred square logo for our organization. We can edit or add our organization name.
Branding and Organization Info
Customizing the branding identity and organization info is done here.
Editing the branding is where we upload our logos. The property website logo is used on the property website, while the print logo is used in materials such as brochures, flyers, OMs, and more.
We can also add an optional company claim.
Below that is where we set up our primary and secondary colors, as well as the preferred section background color. These are entered using hex codes.
If your organization’s colors are in a different color format, you can use an online calculator to convert them to hex codes.
There is also a gradient option, which applies to property flyers. If you’re part of a major brokerage firm listed here, clicking on the firm automatically presets your colors and logos.
Below that, we have organization information such as the office address and website, followed by confidentiality and disclaimer agreements that we can customize.
Once we’re done, we click update preferences to save this configuration.
User Management
Next, let’s navigate to Users.
Here you can manage users, view roles, change roles, remove users, and see how many paid seats or licenses you have.
If you want to add more users, click add users, provide the email addresses of the users you want to invite, and click add new users. They will receive an email with login instructions to join your team.
Subscription Settings
The third tab is Subscription.
This is where you can manage your subscription billing, invoicing details, and related information.
Analysis Configuration and Overrides
Now let’s look at the analysis configuration.
This is where we can set up general, state-specific, city-specific, or submarket-specific analysis configurations or overrides.
These overrides apply to assumptions the platform pulls for vacancy, rent growth rates, expenses, and more. This includes overrides for property taxes, financing and loan terms, acquisition assumptions, and sale assumptions.
To add a state-specific or city-specific override, we scroll down and add the override. When the system detects a deal in a market with overrides, those overrides are automatically pulled into the analysis form for you and your team.
Decision Criteria
Now let’s look at decision criteria.
Decision criteria allow you to quickly screen deals by checking whether they meet predefined thresholds, such as target return metrics.
You can also use cash to close, and you can add custom criteria by reaching out to our team.
Dealbox Configuration
Next is the configuration for Dealbox.
Dealbox is the property website widget that you can embed on your website.
This section provides the code you can give to your website administrator to embed the Dealbox widget. You can also use the Dealbox link directly in emails, email signatures, or social media posts.
Any deals submitted through Dealbox will appear in the Dealbox section of your pipeline within the platform.
You can customize the Dealbox text, questions, and which fields are mandatory or optional, and then update preferences.
Marketing Package and NDA Settings
Next, we go to the marketing package tab.
Here, you can choose to hide IntellCRE branding and customize your NDA.
If you’re sharing deals protected with an NDA, this is where you define what information the NDA includes and what viewers must agree to and e-sign in order to access the deal.
Conclusion
That’s pretty much it when it comes to the basic platform settings.
We hope this tutorial is helpful, and make sure to stick around for more tutorials.
