Photo Grouping and Improved Photo Interface in IntellCRE

Introduction

Hey everyone, Anton here. We’re very excited to announce that we’ve launched photo grouping and a better interface for managing your photos.

You can now add or upload photos for your property directly in the brochure configurator page.

Uploading Photos in the Brochure Configurator

All photos uploaded in the brochure configurator are automatically added to either property photos or area photos in the system.

This allows you to manage and organize photos directly while configuring your brochure.

Creating Photo Groups and Grids

If you want to create a group of photos or a grid, you simply drag and drop the photos into the grouping area.

In the live preview, you can immediately see the result. In this example, we’re creating a grid with two photos.

Customizing Group Titles and Captions

Each photo group, whether it contains a single photo or a grid of photos, has a name displayed at the top.

You can change or customize these names, and they will be used as the title page names displayed in the brochure.

You can also add captions for individual photos within each group.

Hiding Photos or Groups

If you want to hide a specific photo or an entire group, you can click the three dots and select Hide Group.

This will hide the photo or group and prevent it from being displayed in the brochure.

Reordering and Ungrouping Photos

You can change the order of photos within a group, as well as the order of the groups themselves.

You can also ungroup photos in the same way you created the groups.

Using Photo Grouping for Area Photos

The same photo grouping functionality works for area photos, including custom group names and photo organization.
