Back Cover Pages Are Now Fully Customizable

Introduction

Hey everyone, Anton here. I got great news. We just made the back cover pages of your brochures more customizable.

Back Cover Customization Overview

Similarly to what we did with the front cover page in your brochure, now directly in the brochure builder below the photos you can see options for your last page.

Layout Options

First of all, you can choose from various layouts. This is the brand color layout, meaning that we have the property photo in the background with our brand color overlay. You can switch this to the vertical overlay that looks something like this and contains the same information. There’s also a transparent layout that looks something like this.

Text Controls

We can control the main line or main text block here that says Olympus Apartments. Usually we use that for the property name, but we can add some other text there. The secondary line is usually the address, but we can use it for something else. You can control that from here.

Agent and Legal Options

You can remove the headshots for the authors or choose to have them included. There’s also the confidentiality agreement or some other legal text if you want to include that. That is going to be displayed down here.

Visibility Toggles

You can show or hide the office address. You can show or hide the QR code for the website property link. You can hide IntellCRE branding. You can also turn on and off the gradient image overlays that go on top of this last page photo to make the information more visible. This depends on whether you have a lighter or darker property photo.

Background Image Control

You can control the image that is in the background for the last page directly in section covers and in the outro section.

New Outro Section

Now note that we have added a new section called an outro section, and it has this contact us page as part of that section.

Section Controls

For any section that we have in the document, we can control whether the intro pages for that section are going to be included.

Property Logos

We’ve also added logos that you can add for the front cover page. You can add logos for the property directly in your property dashboard in the property info.

Section Intro Toggle Example

If I find section intro page here, this is our sales comps section intro page. Now in sales comps, I can disable section intro pages.

Performance Note

My computer is lagging a little bit. My battery on the laptop died, so that might be the reason.

Section Intro Disabled Result

I can disable the section intro pages for any section. Now the section begins with the first real page in that section and there’s no section intro page. This is also a feature that has been added.

Summary of Updates

We have the cover page options, we have the last page options, we have more options for the sections and for the section intro pages. We have the outro section.

Page Flexibility

We can move pages across sections freely.
