Automated Advisory Bio Pages in Brochures

Introduction

Hey guys, Anton here. Very excited to let you know we’ve launched automated bio pages for your brochures.

Adding Advisors in the Brochure Configurator

When you’re in the brochure configurator, under Presented By, you can select yourself, your team members, or anyone who should be displayed in the brochure.

Next to each person, you’ll see whether they have a bio configured. This means they have a profile in the Intel CR system with a headshot, contact information, bio, accolades, awards, or similar details.

You’ll see the same indicators for your other users.

Automatically Generated Advisory Bio Section

For all users with a bio who are included in the brochure, the system automatically generates a section in the document called Advisory Bio or Advisory Bios.

This section includes:

• Headshot

• Name

• Contact information

• Organization information

• Bio content, such as education

The system automatically generates these bio pages for all authors included in the document.

Configuring Your Profile Bio

To check whether your profile is configured, go to your profile.

There, you’ll find a bio section where you can:

• Add text blocks

• Add bullet lists

• Add structured content

This allows you to fully configure your profile bio directly in the system.

Upcoming Admin Controls

Very shortly, we’ll be launching improved admin controls. These will allow admins to configure bios for team members directly from the team section in the settings.
