Overview of the New Deal Pipeline Feature
Hey everyone, Anton here. Excited to bring to your attention a new feature that we launched for your deal pipeline.
At the top of your deal pipeline, you can now see totals and stats. You can see all your properties segmented by property type, as well as your total property volume.
You can also see how many properties you have in the lead stage, in progress stage, or closed stage. In addition, you can see how many deals are green, meaning they are passing the decision criteria, and how many are failing.
New Pipeline Filters
On top of this, we also launched new filters.
You can now filter your pipeline based on deal status, or you can add more filters. For example, you can filter by created by, meaning the deal owner. This allows you to view all deals created by a specific user.
You can also add additional filters, such as a state filter. For example, you can view all deals created by you that are in California. These filters can be combined.
Creating and Saving Custom Pipeline Views
In addition, you can now create custom pipeline views and save these views.
For example, you can create a view showing all deals in California where you are an owner. If you have a team, you can select everyone from your team into this filter, meaning you will only see deals that are originated by that team or worked by that team.
Once you have these filters configured, you can click New View and name this view, for example, Anton’s View. You then save the view.
Once the view is saved, you can always use this view for your pipeline. This gives you the flexibility to have custom views of your pipeline with custom filters.

We hope you like this feature for your deal pipeline, and stay tuned for more updates coming soon.
